Operations and Community Manager – Gujarati

About the role

Pratilipi is seeking an Operations and Community Manager to grow and strengthen its Gujarati author ecosystem. The role focuses on Gujarati language operations, author relationship building, and enabling monetization opportunities for writers on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with top‑earning, high‑potential, and emerging Gujarati authors through phone, email, WhatsApp, Zoom and in‑person interactions.
• Create personalized growth plans, success roadmaps and structured communication funnels for a large, active author community.
• Identify and resolve author concerns related to inactivity, visibility, trust, security and overall platform experience.
• Collect feedback, generate community reports and share insights with internal product and content teams.
• Provide fast, empathetic support for Gujarati users and authors, escalating technical or product issues as needed.

Required profile

• Deep passion for Gujarati literature, writing, reading and culture.
• Strong listening skills and ability to build lasting trust through repeated conversations.
• Excellent communication in both Gujarati and English.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations, follow‑ups and priorities without compromising quality.
