Operational B2C Accountant

About the role

The Operational B2C Accountant will manage end‑to‑end Bill‑to‑Cash processes for Bosch's service centers and regional hubs. You will work with SAP and a suite of global applications to ensure accurate accounting, timely cash application, and effective receivables management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor open items, ageing, and customer account hygiene, and follow up on overdue payments.
• Execute standard accounting tasks including preparation, reconciliation, processing, and documentation.
• Post and clear incoming customer payments, handling payment advice and cash application.
• Support billing activities such as service invoices, self‑billing, credit notes and price debit notes.
• Perform customer and ICR reconciliations and coordinate closure of differences.
• Collaborate with resident entities and user departments to resolve service requests, billing issues, and accounting exceptions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports, including unapplied cash, ageing analysis, and MIS trackers.
• Assist credit management, sales order release, and export compliance activities as defined.

Required profile

• Associate‑level experience in receivables or Bill‑to‑Cash accounting.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions in English.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Bosch’s IT systems and processes.
