About the role
The Operation Staff member will support daily logistical activities, ensuring smooth movement of goods and services within the local area. This role requires a good understanding of local geography and the ability to travel on a two‑wheeler.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute short‑distance deliveries using a two‑wheeler.
- Utilise knowledge of local routes to optimise travel time and fuel consumption.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle condition.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely hand‑over of goods.
- Report any operational issues or incidents to supervisors promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum education: 10th grade, preferably a graduate.
- High organisational commitment and ability to work well in a team.
- Good communication skills in the local language, Hindi, and English.
- Willingness to work on‑site and travel locally.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
Required skills
- Possession of a valid driving licence.
- Ownership of a two‑wheeler for operational use.
- Basic computer knowledge.
