Operation Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operation Program Manager to lead cross‑functional teams in delivering client build projects on schedule and within budget. The role involves coordinating meetings, developing build plans, and ensuring readiness across all program dimensions.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead sync‑up and wrap‑up meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop detailed build plans aligned with client goals and drive cross‑functional teams (CFT) to execute the schedule.
• Monitor 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) readiness, perform risk analysis and implement mitigation plans.
• Track plan versus actual performance on a micro‑schedule basis and adjust build matrices as needed.
• Manage cost claims, identify cost‑reduction opportunities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Track input, output and work‑in‑process (including repair WIP) and provide root‑cause analysis for any deviations.
• Escalate and resolve build blockers promptly according to the escalation matrix to meet timelines.
• Preferably bring experience from the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry.

Required profile

• B.Tech / B.E. degree (ME, EE, ECE, E&IM) or equivalent.
• 2‑5 years of experience in program or operations management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct risk assessments and cost analysis.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for multi‑disciplinary environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management and productivity tools.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for budgeting, data analytics and KPI dashboard creation.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting.
