Onsite IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Onsite IT Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of end‑user systems and office IT infrastructure. The role involves providing high‑quality technical assistance to employees across a variety of platforms and devices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals on Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues promptly.
• Manage the full device lifecycle: provisioning, deployment, maintenance and decommissioning.
• Support office IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, AV systems and workplace technologies.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records, conduct inventory audits and enforce asset‑management policies.
• Collaborate with Level 2 support teams and coordinate with third‑party vendors for escalations and maintenance.
• Assist with IT projects, office relocations and technology deployments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑user support and IT infrastructure environments.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with remote teams.
