Online BIM Mentor – Architecture & Structure

About the role

Bumblebee INC is looking for an experienced BIM Mentor to deliver online training and mentorship to students and working professionals. The role focuses on architecture and structural BIM workflows, helping learners develop industry‑ready models and portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live online BIM training and mentoring sessions.
• Teach industry‑oriented BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes.
• Provide practical demonstrations, exercises, assignments, and project guidance.
• Mentor learners through real‑world BIM projects and live‑project‑based learning.
• Answer technical questions, give constructive feedback, and evaluate learner progress.
• Collaborate with the technical and training team to improve course content.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of professional BIM experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of architecture and/or structural BIM processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, practical manner.
• Problem‑solving, analytical mindset and willingness to support learners.
• Prior experience as a BIM trainer, mentor, coordinator, engineer, or architect is a plus.
