Onboarding Specialist I – Customer Success

About the role

As an Onboarding Specialist you will shape the early customer journey, guiding clients from implementation through adoption and ensuring they quickly realize value. You will work with senior stakeholders, global teams and become a trusted advisor during a critical phase of the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless transition from sale to adoption.
• Lead onboarding projects by coordinating timelines, milestones and internal stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• Deliver engaging product onboarding sessions and training to help customers quickly adopt and maximize value.
• Configure customer environments and guide clients through setup and best‑practice implementation.
• Build trusted relationships with administrators, business leaders and senior client contacts.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Customer Success, Product, Support and Sales teams to resolve challenges and improve outcomes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, project coordination or customer success.
• Strong client‑facing communication and presentation skills, confident engaging senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple onboarding projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and driving timelines to completion.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, self‑driven approach.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience working in SaaS or B2B technology environments (preferred).
• Exposure to governance, compliance, legal technology or entity‑management solutions (preferred).
• Experience with enterprise customers or global accounts (preferred).
• Background in product adoption, customer enablement or implementation training (preferred).
