Onboarding Coordinator – Business Development & Solva Teams

About the role

We are looking for a Solva Onboarding Coordinator to ensure a smooth, consistent, and meaningful onboarding experience for new colleagues joining our Business Development and Solva functions. This global role can be based anywhere and works closely with HR, leaders, and business stakeholders to set up new hires for success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding journey, maintaining roadmaps, checklists, and milestone plans from pre‑boarding through 180 days.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and internal transfers, delivering welcome communications, role introductions, and functional orientation.
• Coordinate with HR, hiring managers, IT, L&D and other stakeholders to ensure access, equipment, training assignments and onboarding sessions are ready before start dates.
• Align onboarding content with Solva ways of working, tools, governance and customer journey expectations.
• Facilitate buddy, mentor or peer‑support assignments and create inclusive opportunities for new colleagues to connect with leaders and subject‑matter experts.

Required profile

• Experience managing onboarding programs or new‑hire integration processes.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across multiple functions and regions.
• Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis.
• Ability to identify and raise gaps that could affect employee readiness or business continuity.
