Oil & Gas Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oil & Gas Recruiter to source and mobilise both blue‑collar and white‑collar talent for our clients in the engineering, EPC, manufacturing and construction sectors. The role involves extensive field work across India, building a pipeline of skilled candidates and ensuring seamless placement.

Key responsibilities

• Source and mobilise technicians, operators, supervisors, engineers and other professionals through job portals, social media and field visits.
• Develop and maintain a network of agents, sub‑agents, training institutes and technical colleges nationwide.
• Conduct recruitment drives and field visits in multiple states to keep a continuous talent pipeline.
• Coordinate screening, interviews, trade tests and candidate selection according to client specifications.
• Work closely with internal HR and operations teams to ensure timely mobilisation and onboarding.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of candidates and recruitment partners by trade, skill and location.
• Ensure compliance with client documentation, onboarding processes and placement requirements.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in blue‑collar or white‑collar recruitment, preferably within engineering, EPC, manufacturing or construction.
• Proven track record of field sourcing and candidate mobilisation across different Indian states.
• Strong network of local agents, manpower suppliers and technical institutes.
• Good knowledge of online job portals and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently for recruitment drives.
