Office Runner / Concierge Executive

About the role

ExQuisite Living is seeking proactive and reliable Office Runners to support daily operations and concierge services for its luxury clientele in Gurugram. The role combines logistics, vendor coordination, and on‑ground assistance to ensure seamless delivery of member experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day operational tasks assigned by the Lifestyle Management team.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and document transfers across Delhi NCR.
• Source products, gifts, and member requirements from vendors and retail partners.
• Deliver welcome kits, hampers, luxury gifts, and other member requests on time.
• Support event setups, hospitality arrangements, and on‑site execution.
• Liaise with restaurants, hotels, hospitals, luxury retailers, and service providers; collect quotations, invoices, and agreements.
• Assist with onboarding new partners and maintaining vendor records.
• Conduct local research, manage urgent errands, and fulfill member requests with discretion.
• Maintain expense records, submit daily activity reports, and help with office administration and inventory management.

Required profile

• Graduate or currently pursuing graduation.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving license (preferred).
• Familiarity with Delhi NCR routes and locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance, courteous demeanor, high integrity and confidentiality.
• Smartphone proficiency and basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
