Office Boy / Office Helper

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Office Boy / Office Helper to join our team in Zirakpur. This full‑time position supports daily office operations by maintaining cleanliness, handling pantry duties, and assisting with basic administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including floors, restrooms, and common areas.
• Prepare and serve tea/coffee, restock pantry supplies, and ensure a tidy break area.
• Perform basic errands such as document handling, courier pickups, and filing.
• Assist with setting up meeting rooms and ensuring equipment is ready.
• Support staff with any ad‑hoc tasks that contribute to a smooth workplace.

Required profile

• 10th or 12th pass preferred; both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
• Polite behavior with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced office environment.
