About the role

The Office Boy will support the day‑to‑day operation of our school facilities, ensuring a clean, safe and functional environment for students and staff. This role combines routine maintenance, minor repairs and proactive monitoring of the premises.

Key responsibilities

Maintain the school's facilities, keeping all areas tidy and operational.
Perform routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs on equipment and infrastructure.
Monitor facility conditions, report issues and coordinate with school staff for timely resolution.
Support health and safety standards by identifying and addressing potential hazards.
Collaborate with teachers and administrative personnel to address any facility‑related concerns.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years experience in facility maintenance or a similar role.
Physical ability to perform manual tasks and operate maintenance equipment safely.

Required skills

Strong maintenance and repair capabilities.
Good communication and organisational abilities.
Knowledge of facility‑management best practices.
