Office Boy & Housekeeping Support (Mangalore)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and well‑mannered individual to provide combined office support, housekeeping, and driving services for our household and office environment in Mangalore. The role requires a trustworthy, punctual and physically fit person who can handle a variety of daily tasks efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day household cleaning, maintain hygiene, and assist with grocery shopping and other errands.
• Serve tea, coffee and refreshments to family members, staff and visitors as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the office, handle basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning and filing.
• Deliver documents, collect parcels, purchase office supplies and support HR/Admin with routine tasks.
• Drive the company/family vehicle safely, transport staff/family members, and manage local travel, bank visits and courier deliveries.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, serviced on time and fuelled, adhering to traffic rules at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar multi‑tasking role (driver, office boy, housekeeping or helper).
• Valid driving licence with good practical driving experience and knowledge of Mangalore and nearby areas.
• Basic communication skills in Kannada; additional proficiency in Tulu, Hindi or English is a plus.
• Honest, trustworthy, punctual, responsible and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling household, office and driving duties.
• Polite, well‑groomed, professional behaviour with the ability to follow instructions.
