Odoo Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to design, develop, and maintain Odoo ERP modules that align with our business processes. The successful candidate will work closely with functional teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and implement Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing Odoo applications.
• Design and add new features and functionalities within Odoo.
• Integrate Odoo with third‑party systems using APIs and external applications.
• Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Create technical documentation and user guides.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of professional experience developing Odoo solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Odoo framework (module development and customization).
• Python programming.
• PostgreSQL database.
• XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of Odoo architecture (ORM, workflows, reports).
• REST API integration.
• Version control with Git.
• Experience with Odoo versions 17/18/19 and Odoo.sh or cloud deployments.
