Occupational Therapist, Psychologists & Administrative Assistant – Bangalore

About the role

Dimensions Centre for Child Development is seeking full‑time professionals to join its multidisciplinary team in Bangalore Urban. Open positions include Occupational Therapist, Rehabilitation Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, and Administrative Assistant. All roles work on‑site, supporting children with developmental, behavioral, sensory and emotional needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assess children’s developmental, behavioral, sensory and emotional profiles.
• Design and deliver individualized therapy or intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals in case discussions and multidisciplinary planning.
• Provide parent education and training programs.
• For the Administrative Assistant: manage front‑desk operations, schedule appointments, handle record‑keeping and coordinate communication with caregivers and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Relevant professional degree (e.g., BOT/MOT for OT, MPhil/PhD in Clinical or Rehabilitation Psychology) or equivalent qualification.
• Foundational knowledge of child development and pediatric therapeutic interventions.
• Experience or training in pediatric settings such as hospitals, schools or developmental clinics.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with children, caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.
• For the Administrative Assistant: strong organizational abilities and proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity and collaborative teamwork.
