Nursing Staff Positions – BSc, MSc, GNM & DGNM

About the role

We are seeking qualified nursing professionals to provide comprehensive patient care in accordance with clinical standards and hospital protocols. The role involves assessing health conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' health status, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate nursing records.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other prescribed treatments.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, surgeries, and emergency care.
• Report changes in patient condition promptly to the medical team.
• Ensure infection‑control practices, hygiene, and patient safety.
• Provide pre‑operative and post‑operative nursing care as required.
• Educate patients and families on medication, nutrition, hygiene, and follow‑up care.
• Coordinate with doctors, laboratory staff, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support admission, discharge, transfer, and overall patient‑care procedures.

Required profile

• B.Sc Nursing, M.Sc Nursing, GNM or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Valid registration with the appropriate nursing council.
• Relevant clinical experience preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Medication administration (including injections and IV therapy).
• Infection‑control procedures.
• Accurate patient record documentation.
