About the role
Provide high-quality patient care in the general department of a hospital in Hyderabad, supporting both routine and emergency situations. The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver patient care following established protocols and guidelines.
- Assist in emergency situations with immediate support and intervention.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the medical team.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and timely.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post‑discharge care.
- Participate in regular training and workshops to stay updated on nursing practices.
Required profile
- BSc or GNM qualification.
- Experience or willingness to work in a general department.
Required skills
- Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring.
