Nursing Staff – Campus Health Centre

About the role

The Health Centre at Parul University’s Goa Campus seeks a dedicated Nursing Staff member to deliver quality nursing care and first‑response medical support to students, faculty, staff and campus residents.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, basic assessments and first aid to patients visiting the Health Centre.
• Assist the RMO/Medical Officer in consultations, treatments and emergency management.
• Administer medicines, injections, dressings and other prescribed procedures.
• Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions and promptly escalate concerns.
• Respond to campus medical emergencies, coordinate ambulance or referral services as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes and medical documentation.
• Manage medicines, emergency supplies and medical equipment, ensuring proper hygiene and infection‑control practices.

Required profile

• GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the State Nursing Council or INC.
• Prior experience in hospital, clinic or institutional nursing preferred.
• BLS certification desirable.
• Willingness to work shift/on‑call duties as per roster.
• Campus accommodation is mandatory.
