About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Nursing Officer to join its clinical team. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting patients and families throughout the treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Record patient medical history and symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patient health status and update care plans.
• Provide bedside care and educate patients and families on health maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Operate and care for medical equipment and participate in regular in‑service education.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and a qualification in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Initiative, moral support and a patient‑centred approach.
