About the role
The Nursing Incharge leads a clinical unit, ensuring high‑quality patient care while managing a multidisciplinary nursing team. This senior nursing position combines hands‑on clinical expertise with strong leadership responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and coordinate patient care activities.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage staffing schedules, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of clinical nursing experience.
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or nursing‑in‑charge role.
- Demonstrated leadership, patient‑care excellence, and team‑management abilities.
