Nursing Faculty for Competitive Exams (Full-Time)

About the role

Physics Wallah is expanding its nursing education portfolio and seeks a dedicated Nursing Faculty member to teach and mentor aspirants preparing for NORCET and other nursing competitive exams. The role involves delivering engaging lectures, creating high‑quality study materials, and guiding students toward academic success.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive and interactive lectures for nursing competitive exams.
• Design course structures, lesson plans, and innovative teaching methodologies.
• Create academic content such as study materials, test papers, PPTs, and question banks.
• Clarify student doubts and provide individual academic guidance as needed.
• Stay updated on exam patterns, syllabus changes, and developments in the nursing field.
• Collaborate with content, video production, and product teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Mentor and motivate students to achieve their career goals.

Required profile

• BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing (mandatory).
• Prior teaching experience in reputable nursing colleges or coaching institutes preferred; freshers with strong subject knowledge are also welcome.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and creating student‑centric learning experiences.
