Nurse – Clinical Research (2 positions)

About the role

The Society for Applied Studies (SAS) is seeking two qualified nurses to join a clinical research team at Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi. The role supports an ICMR‑funded study aimed at preventing preterm birth, offering hands‑on experience in antenatal care and field research.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct care and follow‑up for study participants, including pregnant women.
• Collect data, complete study forms, and maintain accurate records and registers.
• Manage logistics, inventory, and medication supplies for the project.
• Conduct field visits to monitor participants and complete assigned tasks.
• Summarise field activities, report observations, and escalate issues promptly.
• Assist with any additional study‑related activities as directed by the supervisor or coordinator.

Required profile

• General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) qualification.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in antenatal care.
• Proficiency in basic computer and smartphone applications.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Desirable: BSc nursing or related allied health degree, experience in obstetric or neonatal wards.
