About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Assistant to join our team at a leading Indian hospital. The role involves providing direct bedside care, supporting patients and families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality health services.

Key responsibilities

• Record patient medical history, symptoms, and vital signs.
• Administer prescribed medication and treatments safely.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and basic nursing assessments.
• Monitor patient health status and report changes promptly.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post‑discharge care.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper equipment operation.
• Assist with bedside care, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures.

Required profile

• Graduate in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing, or MSc Nursing.
• Academic record with first division in 10th, 12th, and nursing qualification.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a compassionate approach to patient care.
