Non‑IT Recruiter – Finance & Legal Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Non‑IT Recruiter to lead bulk hiring initiatives for finance, legal, information security and marketing communications functions. The role is based in Koramangala, Bengaluru and focuses on sourcing high‑quality talent across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn and Monster.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for non‑IT positions, including finance, legal, information security and marcom.
• Conduct bulk hiring drives and maintain a strong pipeline for complex roles.
• Coordinate screening, interviewing and offer processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in non‑IT recruitment, preferably in BFSI and F&A domains.
• Demonstrated ability to source profiles for senior and niche positions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working in a Tier‑1 organization is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Proficiency with Naukri, LinkedIn and Monster platforms.
• End‑to‑end recruitment coordination.

• CTC ranging from 24,000 INR to 48,000 INR based on experience.
