Node.js Back-End Developer (3+ years experience)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Back‑End Developer with at least three years of hands‑on experience to build, optimise and maintain scalable web applications. The role works closely with front‑end engineers to deliver robust server‑side components and secure data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimise and maintain scalable server‑side applications using Node.js.
• Collaborate with front‑end teams to integrate user‑facing elements with back‑end logic.
• Design and implement secure, high‑performance APIs and data‑storage solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing applications.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging back‑end technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven back‑end development experience with Node.js.
• Proficiency in Java, PHP and Python.
• Familiarity with front‑end languages such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
• Strong understanding of the full web development lifecycle—from design to deployment.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a problem‑solving approach.
