About the role

TaskVirtual is looking for enthusiastic telecallers to join its night‑shift team. The position focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls without any sales component, ensuring high‑quality customer interactions in English.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls as per schedule.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries following company guidelines.
  • Maintain call logs and update relevant systems.
  • Adhere to night‑shift timings and attendance policies.
  • Follow feedback from supervisors to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound or outbound call handling.
  • Flawless spoken and written English with strong grammar.
  • Ability to receive and implement feedback promptly.
  • Commitment to follow company codes of conduct and protocols.
  • No specific academic qualification required, but excellent communication is essential.
