NICE Actimize SAM Consultant – Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Delhi

About the role

We are seeking an experienced NICE Actimize SAM Consultant to join our team across Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, and Delhi. The role focuses on implementing and supporting Suspicious Activity Monitoring solutions to strengthen AML compliance for our financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and support NICE Actimize SAM platforms.
• Develop and fine‑tune detection scenarios to improve alert quality and reduce false positives.
• Analyze rule performance, optimize transaction monitoring and manage alert lifecycles.
• Support investigation workflows and collaborate with business, compliance, operations and technology teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing platform support.
• Work with Actimize AIS, RCM and Risk Scoring Models to deliver comprehensive AML solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with NICE Actimize SAM.
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations and transaction monitoring.
• Experience in the banking or financial services domain is preferred.
• Proven analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in one of the listed Indian cities.
