About the role

The Technical Staff member will ensure the production workshop operates smoothly by handling electrical, water, HVAC, lighting, and sound systems. You will perform timely repairs, routine maintenance, and supervise external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Repair and resolve incidents promptly as requested by various departments.
• Maintain optimal operation of electricity, water supply, air‑conditioning, lighting, and audio systems.
• Monitor and inspect equipment and machinery directly.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Supervise technical work when external contractors are engaged for repairs or installations.
• Perform additional repairs and coordinate with supplier maintenance teams for kitchen and specialized equipment.
• Execute other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher with solid knowledge of industrial electricity, electrical systems, or refrigeration.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in construction, maintenance, and refrigeration.
• Preferably experienced in maintenance at food‑production or frozen‑goods factories.
• Good health, agility, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to move between restaurant branches.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (6 h–14 h, 14 h–22 h, 22 h–6 h).
