About the role
We are seeking a New Product Development Engineer to lead the creation and enhancement of architectural aluminium façade systems. Based in Bangalore, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to bring innovative product concepts to market and support customization for client projects.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop new aluminium façade products from concept to production.
- Identify and implement product improvements to increase performance, durability and cost‑effectiveness.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to customize solutions that meet specific project requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, specifications and testing protocols.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
