About the role
We are seeking a New Product Development Engineer to lead the creation and enhancement of architectural products, specifically aluminium façade systems, for our Bangalore office. The role focuses on designing new offerings, improving existing solutions, and delivering customized products to meet client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Design new products for architectural and aluminium façade applications.
- Develop product improvements to increase performance, durability, and cost efficiency.
- Customize products based on specific client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs comply with engineering standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing for aluminium façade solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline (or MBA with a marketing focus).
- Proven track record of designing new products, improving existing ones, and delivering customized solutions.
