New Product Development Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Engineer to lead new product development initiatives within our architectural products division. The role focuses on creating innovative aluminium façade solutions and enhancing existing product lines for the Indian market.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new aluminium façade products from concept to production.
• Identify and implement product improvements to increase performance and cost‑effectiveness.
• Customize products to meet specific client requirements and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or an MBA with a focus on marketing.
• Proven track record of designing new products and driving product enhancements.
