About the role

Oracle is seeking a Networking Architect for its IDC division. The role involves designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging software programs that support databases, applications, tools and network infrastructures.

Key responsibilities

Define and evolve standard practices and procedures within the software engineering division.
Suggest and justify product directions in line with approved strategies.
Specify, design and develop software solutions for new projects according to defined specifications.
Provide consultative guidance and strategic direction for the development, design and debugging of software applications and operating systems.

Required profile

Career level IC6 (senior technical individual contributor).
Strong background in software development and networking concepts.
