Network Security Engineer – OT Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Network Security Engineer specialized in Operational Technology (OT) systems to join our manufacturing security team. The role will focus on analysing, designing and securing OT network infrastructure, ensuring alignment with internal segmentation policies and protecting critical automation assets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing sites, engineering and technical teams to analyse existing OT architecture, strategy and processes.
• Define and implement new structures and processes for OT firewall VLANs in line with internal segmentation principles.
• Develop and roll‑out reference architectures for standard services and applications within the OT environment.
• Define, review and approve OT firewall rules to enable safe integration with IT and MES systems while maximising protection of automation systems.
• Respond promptly to change requests from sites to minimise cyber‑security risk.
• Support sites in recovery from cyber‑security incidents and investigations.
• Ensure automation and laboratory systems are protected using defence‑in‑depth controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT/OT network or cybersecurity professional.
• Proven ability to work with operational, capital project and senior management teams.
