NBS Offering & Sales Operations Specialist

About the role

KONE is looking for an NBS Offering & Sales Operations Specialist to provide day‑to‑day operational support, maintenance, release updates and issue resolution for KANZ sales and digital tools, including Power BI dashboards. The role ensures tools and reporting stay accurate, up‑to‑date and fully functional for frontline teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales‑tool releases and configuration changes aligned with global KTOC releases, including Car Designer, Tender Letter GENDOC, Click & Send and KONE Studio.
• Provide first‑line support for sales‑tool and dashboard issues, diagnose problems, create Jira tickets and track resolutions.
• Update and maintain Power BI dashboards and Power Apps, refresh data sources, fix query errors and manage workspace access and row‑level security.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of relevant experience, preferably with KTOC, KONE Studio, KONE Car Designer, GENDOC, Tender Letter, Mobile Discount, Click & Send, MiniSpace/Global MiniSpace or LeadEngine (BCI‑Salesforce integration).
• Strong analytical capability, attention to detail and solid data‑management skills.
• Flexibility to travel to Australia and New Zealand and to support month‑end closure activities.

Required skills

• Power BI and Power Apps development and maintenance.

• Salesforce, SharePoint and Dataverse data pipelines.
• OAuth authentication, gateway connectivity and row‑level security configuration.
• UAT testing and validation of pricing outputs and document generation.
