Murex Front Office Developer

About the role

DXC-Luxoft, which runs one of the world's leading Murex practices and is a top-tier Murex Alliance Partner, is hiring a Murex Front Office Developer in Hyderabad. The practice delivers end-to-end Murex implementation, integration, upgrade and migration services across investment banking, asset management, corporate treasury and insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Murex production batch processing, including date rolls for various desks and entities, accounting and reporting batches
• Configure processing scripts for various modules and debug related issues
• Perform or monitor daily and monthly housekeeping jobs for accounting, market data and similar areas
• Support overnight batch processing and develop or configure processing scripts, reports or batch feeders as needed
• Manage configuration and release management
• Analyze product requirements and propose solutions to support rollouts
• Work with the Front Office business to design and build pricing and booking capabilities in Murex
• Take part in cross-functional projects delivering STP solutions for pricing, distribution and execution

Required profile

• 6-8 years of experience in the Murex system, in the Front Office modules of the Mx 3.1 platform
• Proven experience on scalable, resilient transaction processing systems in financial markets
• Strong exposure to all asset classes and to the trade lifecycle across front, back and middle office tiers
• Ability to analyse existing production data and test case suites
• English at C2 level (proficiency) is a plus
