Multi‑Skilled Technician (MST) – Operations

About the role

The Multi‑Skilled Technician (MST) will support the Operations department across North India, ensuring that all equipment and facilities in hotels, clubs, cruise ships or restaurants run efficiently and safely. The role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, installations and upgrades across several technical disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues across all mentioned disciplines to minimise downtime.
• Conduct preventative maintenance programmes to extend equipment lifespan.
• Install new equipment and upgrade existing systems for improved performance.
• Assist in planning and executing facility improvement projects while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare equipment status reports and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with other technicians, provide guidance to junior staff and participate in on‑call rotations.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th pass; Diploma in Electrical or ITI graduate preferred.
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in hotels, clubs, cruise ships or restaurants.
• Strong operational knowledge of equipment and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate across Himachal, Uttarakhand, Delhi or Rajasthan.
