Multiple Hospitality & Finance Positions – North Goa

About the role

Koala by Jaglax Homes is expanding its hospitality operations in North Goa and is recruiting for a range of positions across hotel, villa and finance functions. Candidates will join a dynamic team serving a vibrant tourism market and will work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Duty Manager – oversee daily guest services, coordinate front‑office and villa operations.
• Maintenance Manager – plan and supervise preventive maintenance of property assets.
• Housekeeping Supervisor – manage housekeeping staff, ensure cleanliness standards.
• Finance Executive (AP & AR) – process invoices, manage receivables, perform reconciliations.
• Chef de Partie – prepare dishes, maintain kitchen hygiene and service standards.
• Villa Attendant – attend to guest requests and maintain villa presentation.
• Kitchen Helper – assist in food preparation and kitchen upkeep.

Required profile

• Relevant experience for the specific role (hospitality operations, kitchen, finance, or maintenance).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to professional standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to engage with diverse guests and adapt to a tourism‑driven setting.

Required skills

• Food preparation and kitchen hygiene (Chef de Partie, Kitchen Helper).
• Hotel and villa operations management (Duty Manager, Housekeeping Supervisor, Villa Attendant).
• Maintenance planning and execution (Maintenance Manager).
• Accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reconciliation (Finance Executive).
