Multimedia Producer

About the role

The Multimedia Producer will own and drive media and course development projects, working closely with editors, authors, developers and other stakeholders. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations through strong collaboration and proactive problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with editors, authors, and developers to assess technical and financial feasibility of interactive and online products.
• Prepare and communicate baseline documents such as estimates, proof of concepts, information architectures, timelines, and functional specifications.
• Provide technical guidance on media asset development and lead multimedia production meetings.
• Track budget versus actual cost, maintain project scope, and ensure on‑time delivery of 100‑150 projects per year.
• Report project status, timelines, and costs to internal customers and management; escalate issues as needed.
• Review developer bids, negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and monitor work‑in‑progress.
• Incorporate industry developments to keep products state‑of‑the‑art and ensure testing and revisions are completed promptly.
