Multi Technician – Facility Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Multi Technician to join our hotel team. You will ensure that all facilities and equipment are safe, functional and well‑maintained, contributing to an excellent guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain a wide range of property facilities and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all building systems and infrastructure.
• Identify safety issues and take immediate corrective action.
• Maintain electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and load limits.
• Test and service equipment such as motors, heaters and controls using standard test equipment.
• Oversee fire alarm systems in line with established protocols.
• Assist guests with facility‑related inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to support smooth operations.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

Required profile

• Secondary/high school education.
• Trade certificate or at least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a related field.
• Good reading and verbal proficiency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Physically able to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit analysis and load management.
• Familiarity with fire alarm systems and safety protocols.
• Proficiency using standard test equipment for electrical and mechanical systems.
