Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) and Civil Motor Driver (CMD) – Permanent Positions

About the role

The Army Recruiting Office at Gopalpur Military Station invites Indian male citizens to apply for two permanent posts – Multi‑Tasking Staff (MTS) and Civil Motor Driver (CMD). Both positions are under All India Service Liability and may involve field duties.

Key responsibilities

• Multi‑Tasking Staff: Provide general clerical and administrative support, handle documents, assist senior staff, and maintain records.
• Civil Motor Driver: Operate light and heavy government vehicles, transport personnel and material, ensure vehicle maintenance and safety compliance.

Required profile

• Indian male, age 18‑27 for Driver (up to 40 for government employees) and 18‑28 for MTS (up to 35 for government employees).
• Minimum education: Matriculation or equivalent.
• Driver must hold a valid civilian driving licence for light and heavy vehicles and have at least two years of driving experience.
• All candidates must appear for written and practical tests.

Required skills

• Driving licence for light and heavy vehicles (required for CMD).
