MS Office Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an MS Office Trainer to design and deliver instructor‑led courses on Microsoft Office applications and AI‑enhanced productivity tools for learners in the Nadia District. This full‑time, on‑site position involves creating curriculum, leading interactive sessions, and supporting both individual and corporate participants.

Key responsibilities

• Plan training schedules and develop course materials, demonstrations, and hands‑on exercises.
• Deliver engaging instructor‑led sessions on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and AI‑driven productivity solutions.
• Assess participants’ skill levels, provide personalized guidance, and track progress through assignments, quizzes and feedback.
• Update content regularly to reflect new Office features and AI tool enhancements.
• Prepare documentation, job aids and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum quality and develop new training offerings based on learner needs.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to teach real‑world use cases.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as generative assistants, AI‑powered productivity applications, and data‑analysis aids.
• Demonstrated training or facilitation experience, including lesson‑plan creation and instructional material design.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills and a professional, organized work ethic.
• Willingness to work on‑site in the Nadia Region.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; relevant certifications are a plus.
