MPC MOC Execution Inspection Engineer

About the role

The MPC MOC Execution Inspection Engineer is responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing technical activities to ensure project execution aligns with timelines, budgets, and Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) project management standards. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams and maintaining compliance with codes, QA/QC policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, forecast, and resource technical activities for project execution.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, JEC/Engineering and other teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitor compliance with applicable codes, standards, QA/QC policies, and performance specifications.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and maintain documentation in the IMS system.
• Adhere to statutory and regulatory compliances, including health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Diploma in Engineering.
• 1‑3 years of experience in plant maintenance or project execution (higher experience for diploma holders).
• Strong analytical ability, good interpersonal and communication skills, and decision‑making capability.

• Mechanical rotating and static equipment knowledge.
• Civil, electrical and instrumentation system installation and commissioning.
• Reliability and planning for equipment.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
