Mortgage & Title Trainer (US Mortgage Services)

About the role

The Mortgage Trainer, Title Trainer role is a full‑time, on‑site position in Bengaluru. You will design, deliver and continuously update training programs that cover US mortgage processes, title operations and post‑closing workflows, ensuring teams meet industry standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop curriculum, training materials and documentation for mortgage and title services.
• Conduct classroom and floor‑based training sessions, both in‑person and virtual.
• Assess learner performance, provide coaching, and track training outcomes.
• Collaborate with operations leaders and subject‑matter experts to identify skill gaps and refine content.
• Maintain detailed training records and promote a culture of continuous learning and compliance.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of US mortgage processes, including title, closing and post‑closing operations.
• Proven experience in curriculum design, facilitation and delivery of classroom or virtual training.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Analytical and organizational skills to assess training needs and measure effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, education or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience as a process trainer, quality analyst or team lead in BPO/KPO environments supporting US mortgage services is highly beneficial.
