Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Advisor – TB India Program

About the role

PATH is seeking a senior Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Advisor to lead the design, implementation and management of evidence‑generation systems for the PIVOT‑TPT project, a private‑provider‑led initiative to expand Tuberculosis Preventive Treatment (TPT) in high‑burden districts of India.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive MEL framework covering the full TPT care cascade.
• Ensure data quality, timeliness and alignment with NTEP guidelines and national digital platforms.
• Produce regular performance dashboards, analytical reports and actionable learning briefs for donors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with state operations teams, private providers, and NTEP officials to integrate data from Ni‑kshay, TB Arogya Saathi and other sources.
• Support adaptive management by identifying gaps, testing improvements and documenting best practices.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in public health, epidemiology, statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in MEL for large‑scale health programs, preferably infectious disease or TB.
• Proven track record of managing complex data ecosystems and delivering high‑quality evidence to donors.
• Strong understanding of India’s TB control architecture and private‑sector engagement.
