Molding Operator – Plastic Production

About the role
The Molding Operator will work on our plastic production line, handling mold changeovers, material preparation and trial runs to ensure high‑quality parts.
Key responsibilities
- Perform mold changeovers and prepare plastic materials for production.
- Conduct first‑off trials (FOT) on new molds and carry out process qualification analysis.
- Run molding trials, including correction trials, troubleshooting, stress runs and complete documentation.
Required profile
- Diploma in Plastic Molding Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic molding operations.
Required skills
- Mold changeover procedures.
- Plastic material handling and preparation.
- Process qualification and trial execution.
- Troubleshooting of molding equipment.
