Modelling & Simulation Engineer

About the role

The Modelling & Simulation Engineer will develop digital models for aircraft‑level safety analysis, such as Particular Risk Analysis, and collaborate with system design offices to validate those models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SysML/UML models using CAMEO Systems Modeller, including internal block, activity, and state‑machine diagrams.
• Validate models in partnership with system designers and safety specialists, performing V&V and root‑cause analysis.
• Generate documentation through CAMEO and VTL scripting, and manage model versions with TeamWork Cloud.
• Support aircraft safety analyses (FHA, SSA, PRA) and evolve models based on change requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (preferred) with 2‑5 years of SE/MBSE experience.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering V‑cycle, functional and physical architectures, and aircraft systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines in a dynamic team environment.

Required skills

• SysML/UML modelling, CAMEO Systems Modeller, VTL scripting.
• Groovy/Java scripting for basic automation.
• TeamWork Cloud version control.
• Knowledge of aircraft‑level safety analysis methods (FHA, SSA, PRA).
