Mobile Software Engineer, Growth & Experimentation

About the role

Everis is seeking a Mobile Software Engineer who will own the growth and experimentation lifecycle of Pebble, its language‑learning app for iOS and Android. You will work remotely, collaborate directly with the founders and product leaders, and help shape product decisions that drive onboarding, activation, retention and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, ship and continuously improve Pebble’s mobile applications.
• Identify friction points across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, conversion and monetisation.
• Turn product hypotheses into prototypes, A/B tests or experiments and measure outcomes.
• Analyse product and user data to decide the next most impactful feature.
• Define success metrics, evaluate results and iterate based on evidence.
• Collaborate with founders, product and business leadership to align engineering work with growth goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience building real mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.
• Hands‑on exposure to growth, experimentation, conversion optimisation or related product work.
• Strong ownership mindset, fast learning ability and evidence of impact.
• Comfortable working in a remote‑first environment and communicating across time zones.

Required skills

• Mobile development (iOS/Android) – any relevant language or framework.
• Data‑driven decision making and ability to run A/B tests.
• Understanding of product metrics and growth funnels.
