Mobile Repair Technician (Chip-Level)

About the role

The Mobile Repair Technician will perform advanced chip‑level repairs and programming on mobile devices. This role requires deep knowledge of mobile hardware components, the ability to diagnose complex faults, and proficiency with specialized repair tools and software.

Key responsibilities

• Replace and program eMMC and UFS storage chips.
• Replace, program, and reball mobile CPUs, including Dual Decker CPUs.
• Perform ISP jumpering for direct eMMC/UFS access and CPU drilling.
• Conduct health checks on eMMC chips and repair faulty storage.
• Repair sandwich PCBs (layered logic boards) and network ICs.
• Troubleshoot motherboard and signal line issues using advanced tools such as UFi and Easy JTAG Plus (F64).
• Provide technical guidance on schematics and troubleshooting techniques.

Required profile

• Proven experience in chip‑level mobile phone repair and programming.
• Ability to work with advanced diagnostic equipment and interpret mobile schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills for component‑level faults.
