Mobile Engineer (iOS & Android) – AI‑Assisted Development

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Engineer who can own the full lifecycle of iOS and Android applications, delivering production‑ready code quickly while maintaining high quality. The role requires deep fluency with modern AI‑assisted development tools and the ability to drive performance, stability, and store presence for our membership‑based service platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and ship features end‑to‑end on both iOS and Android from brief to store release.
• Own performance, crash‑free session metrics, cold‑start times, and post‑launch monitoring.
• Deliver at least one significant cross‑platform feature within the first six months.
• Improve crash‑free session and cold‑start metrics.
• Own a piece of mobile infrastructure such as CI/CD pipelines, release processes, modularization, design system, or observability.
• Shape the team’s AI‑assisted development workflows, including prompts, evaluations, and agentic loops.
• Write AI‑assisted code daily, review pull requests, debug platform‑specific issues, and collaborate directly with product, design, and backend teams.

Required profile

• Strong willingness to continuously learn new mobile architectures, OS APIs, and concurrency models.
• Solid fundamentals in data structures, concurrency, memory management, and networking.
• Proven native expertise on both platforms – comfortable with Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit on iOS and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose on Android.
• Experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture, and modular codebases.
• Ability to handle networking, persistence, caching, lifecycle, and concurrency challenges.
• Fluency with AI‑assisted development tools and workflows.
