Mobile Engineer — Flutter

About the role

We are looking for a Flutter engineer to take full ownership of our Funngro mobile app, used daily by hundreds of thousands of teenagers. You will join an experienced team, quickly learn the existing codebase and become responsible for the app’s code, releases, performance and technical direction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the Funngro mobile app on Android and iOS.
• Design and implement new features across earning, learning, rewards and payments.
• Manage the full release cycle, including staged rollouts and post‑release monitoring.
• Monitor and improve app health metrics such as crash‑free rate, ANR rate, startup performance and app size.
• Integrate monetisation surfaces, including ad SDKs and reward mechanics.
• Define technical direction, architecture, dependencies and quality standards for the app.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience building production Flutter applications.
• Strong Dart expertise, including async programming, state management and widget lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to become productive quickly in a large codebase you did not write.
• Experience publishing apps to the Google Play Store and handling production issues.
• Comfortable using Firebase services such as Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config and Cloud Messaging.
• Proactive problem‑solver who asks clarifying questions when needed.
